I did read most of the comments on the post, and no, she never substantively responded to her critics. Instead, she told them to "read what she wrote" instead of "what you imagine I wrote." Because, obviously, if we thought her post was islamophobic, we were misreading. Intentionally and aggressively. Because if you don't think you're bigoted, you're not! That's how this works.
