Nope, because mental illness doesn't make you an outsider with societal difficulties in the slightest. *shakes head* While I can appreciate that some people go through more difficulties and discrimination than others, I've always felt that a lot of the time there's a pervading attitude that anyone who's a straight white middle-class person couldn't possibly have any problems regarding discrimination or shame. It's ignorance of a different kind.
